Clear amber ale with a small off-white head and minimal carbonation. Aroma is sweet with a touch of spice. Flavor is malty sweet with hop in the background; mouthfeel is medium. Finish sweet and short. Good ale.

Pours a dark honey color, with an inch head which quickly fades. Great lasting taste, quite refreshing all the way down. I just burped, and it felt great. A great beer in my opinion, especially for the price.

A nice, accessible Pale Ale. Nice, Amber color poured into a pint glass from a 12 oz. bottle. Some sweetness up front with a pleasing, hoppy bitterness in the back. Smooth mouthfeel with a fairly low amount of carbonation. Head retention is decent when properly poured; some nutty aroma, though nothing too strong. A very drinkable and likable beer overall.

A decent beer. Very smooth and drinkable but quite unmemorable. Lemon and honey flavors are present in this undercarbonated, thin beer. Could be worse. Would have again if at a pub with nothing better.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2010 Light amber with a light beige head. The taste keeps changing, probably because of the different brewing locations. More than likely they use East Kent Golding hops but I’m only making an educated guess since the hop aroma and taste is not that strong. A decent ESB at best.

Light amber, simple, Malty, nutty, caramel, slight hop bitter, crisp, refreshing.
