Pours orange with a moderate, fluffy, white head. Aroma is tobacco. Flavor is pretty minor with some tobacco and caramel flavor.

This poured a decent copper color with a bit of white head. The aroma and flavor were both slightly bittered, but could probably have stood to be slightly more so. There was a faint but present toasted flavor around the finish which faded pretty fast.

Ehhhhhh. Welll I suppose for a mass marketed brau she’s not all bad eh? A touch of bitterness and not totally awful, but really very inconsistent.

Pours a deep amber to orangelike color with a reasonably creamy fluffy sort of off-white head that actually lasts for a fairly long time given how small it is. Aroma is light creamy malts with a hint of caramel. Pretty watery with a medium to low carbonation. Taste is actually kind of harsh. Its got a little bit of malts that are kind of raisiny, and it does sort of finish with a bit of a metallic aftertaste that could be some kind of strange hops. This bottle isnt the freshest, but its certainly no more than a month old, since I bought it. Not a bad beer, but not all that great either.

From bottle pours nice amber color with a good amount of fluffy head. Nice flavor with a good finish.

I really don’t like this beer. It has some what of a metalic after taste. It doesn’t appeal to me at all. The aroma is nice but it finishes with a bad after taste. I think people need to stop and realize what kind of a bad beer this really is. I think if you took the label off the front and replaced it with a generic the ratings would be lower.

[489-20070808] Tap @ Pickle Barrel (Toronto, ON). Very sweet maple caramel aroma. Clear, amber brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Sweet caramel flavour has distinct floral notes. Medium body is a little bitter. Surprising and interesting sweetness.

I have always liked Bass. Great nose, bitter and yeasty flavor, from a rust color with no head. Good with a cigarette.
