LyndaNova (492), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Mar 24, 2007 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear pale orange color with a medium creamy off-white persistent head with lacing. Light malts and earthy hops. Light bodied and smooth with ample carbonation. Dirty aftertaste. JohnBruns (32), USA Mar 23, 2007 An amber color with a light cream head. Not much carbonation with a light after tase. Not one I will stock in the fridge. PattyBoy (302), North Liberty, Iowa, USA Mar 20, 2007 Pours amber with thin white head. Light malt, some grassy hops. Not a whole lot going on. This used to be the best beer on tap in most places, not so much anymore. Nothing exciting, but you could do a lot worse. Depending on the crowd your with, you might look cool drinking this. garthicus (1215), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 19, 2007 Updated: Jun 5, 2007Not my cup of tea at all, tastes like dishwater and is very very bland, for me, it is to be avoided at all costs ekstedt (2411), Göteborg, Sweden Mar 19, 2007 Bottle, 33 cl. Clear pale amber, small fluffy off-white head. Fruity, a little thin malt aroma, slighly roated, with grassy and earthy hops. Medium bodied, light carbonation. Dry finish with medium bitterness. brew4all (102), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Mar 18, 2007 Amber pour with a thin white head.Tasted sweet but smooth. A touch of bitter at the finish Sigmund (2197), Hafrsfjord, Norway Mar 18, 2007 Bottle (5%) at Vinmonopolet, Norway. Also cask and keg in Britain. Okay, it’s owned by big bad InBev, but I still think Bass is a very drinkable bitter. Smooth, inoffensive and "commercial" - but still nice! RiverHorse (454), New Jersey, USA Mar 18, 2007 This is a solid beer. Pours a deep amber color with a thick creamy biege head. The smell is sweet, not a lot of hops on the nose. I love pairing this with a Guinness and drinking a black and tan.
