A lighter beer for those with a distinguished palate. Nice appearance, fair aroma, but great drinkability.

All in all, not a bad beer. The best you could get for many a year, and still a favorite. Re-rate: Cask in England. It's almost hard to believe that they are the same beers. The cask conditioned version is much smoother, and it doesn't have that little unknown after-taste at the end.

Had a pint+ of this stuff. Crisp, clean, with a nice aftertaste.

I had been putting off trying this brew out because of the higher price of it in stores. Last night it was on special at the nightclub I was at so I gave it a shot. Very nice brew indeed. It is easy to drink with a great smooth flavor, not overly hopped but also not too malty. I think I am gonna have to pick some more of this up.

The second Fourth of July sailing beer - we split one bottle of this after the Fosters and it was so much better. A real nice nutty flavor to accompany the deep swells of lake Charlevoix.

Good beer. Not my first choice of beers, but certainly isn’t bad. Good clean taste. Nice bottle design also.
