Bottle poured into pint glass at Harry & Izzy’s Airport in Indy today. Translucent light golden orange pour with minimal head. Some faint malt and hops in aroma. Taste basically same with mild bitter finish. Some carbonation and a little watery. A decent airport option when all you got is BMC.

Draught @ Bridge, London Heathrow Terminal 3

Pours light reddish orange with a tiny foamy white head. Mild aroma of light fruity hops and malts. Taste is quite light with some caramel malt and fruity hops. Finish is a tad bitter, but also sticky. Easy to drink, but nothing special here.

Poured from a draft into a imperial pint. Color was copper amber. About an inch of head. Light white lacing on the top that moved to bubbles and then dissipated rather quickly. Minimal film on the sides of the glass. Smelled dark fruits up front with a touch of caramel. Very malty on the nose. Toasty earthy whiff as well. Tasted dark fruits, mainly grapes. That gave away to a bland aftertaste. Nothing special here. Medium body. Creamy oily texture. Fizzy (highly) carbonation. Abrupt finish. Not as good as I remember. I remember in college trying this at one of our keggers and thinking it was one of the best things going. A pretty average beer overall.

Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured an clear amber color with good amount of white head the quickly dissipates with no lacing. Aroma is slightly metallic and sweet with a slight hint of hops coming through. Taste is mildly sweet and metallic and then a little bitterness lingers at the end. An average pale ale that looks better than it tastes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Copper, amber color, no aroma. Taste is fuller and hoppier then I’d expect. Not sure if this is an esb, buts its pretty good for a macro
