No doubt the same as Maerlant Tripel, Gerulfus Tripel, Ledebergse Tripel, Piraat 9, and God knows what else... Pale gold under off-white, very fine dense head. Sweetish vanilla nose, creamy, alcohol, bit spicey and floral. Sharpish spicey-peppery tastes, maybe some faint citrus. Retronasal sweeter, as non-fermented sugar, which is strange for a bottle-conditioned beer. Sharpness is not burning, alcohol there but a bit hidden, creamy mouthfeel. Reasonable tripel, typical VS. Which is it, please?

Bottle. Palest triple I can recall.. Poor - average in the style with fruit. It’s one saving feature is that it covers up the 9% ABV with ease.

Frothy tall white head on a hazy light yellow body. Rather acidic aroma of yeast and citrus. Not very full. Flavor is mostly sweet with some sourness underneath. Lots of yeast and citrusy notes. Sharp in the flavor and not very balanced. Too thin, but no sign of the high ABV though.

Bottled. Pale golden, very lively. Dryish and lemony with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Hiding the alcohol completely is it’s most prominent feature.
