Bottle. Hazy golden color, large fluffy white head. Aroma of grass, hay. Taste is straw, grass, subtle pine. Nice.

Hazy blond beer. Looking to the color I think also wheat is used in this one. Nice carbonation and full white head. Nice hoppy fruity, pinaple aroma. Taste: dry bitter beer with fruity hints (pineapple, citrus). Mild bitter aftertaste. A bit watery at the end. Medium bodied. I would put more caracter in the aftertaste but part from that a very good beer.

On tap on Place Lux, Brussels. Gold body with big head. Quite hoppy and citrus nose. Taste is also quite hoppy. Nice texture and flavour. Lots of hops. A really well done Belgian IPA!

Hazy yellow appearance. Hoppy aroma. Flavour has citrus and hops and a bitter-sweet edge. Has similarities to Christoffel.

Draught @ ZBF 2011 (zythos beer festival), Stadsfeestzaal St.-Niklaas, St.-Niklaas, Belgium.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine notes, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110305]

Draft @ Festival brassicole de Tournai. Belgian Pale Ale, intéressant comme style qui mélange l’APA avec un savoir faire belge cad par le rajout d’épeautre. De couleur dorée, col blanc. Arôme fruité, fleur de houblon citronné et de grains qui me faisait penser à un moulin. En bouche, je note ce côté sec de l’épeautre avec ce houblon citronné américain cascade et allemand de hallertau rajoutant à la bière une touche fruitée et épicée et laissant une fine amertume en bouche avec ci et là une touche de feuille de thé vert. Une bonne bière qui mériterait juste un tout petit peu plus de présence du malt.

Little cloudy orange to dark yellow beer. Big creamy white head, adhesive and pretty stable. Aroma: some citrus fruits, some malts, little touch of pineapple but in all pretty faint. Some yeast noticeable when warming up. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter and fruity, some citrus flavours, hops. Aftertaste: pretty dry and hoppy but also fruitiness coming through.

Draught @ ZBF 2011: Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma of fruits, sweetness, light caramel and some herbs. Flavour of fruits, flowers, grass, some yeast and sweetness. Medium bodied. Has a light bitter and yeasty end.
