On tap: The aroma consists of Belgian yeast, apples, pepper, and a touch of bubblegum. It’s a transparent golden-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to nothing leaving the beer looking still. The flavor starts with citrus, Belgian yeast, and a touch of bubblegum. The finish has orange peel and a touch of pepper. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, solid, but the bubblegum adds a sweetness that seems a little out of place.
