thedm (3405), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Nov 14, 2006 This bottled brew from the brewery poured a head of white colored bubbles that was long lasting and left behind a very hazy no visible carbonation yellow-white colored body and an excellent lacing. The aroma was floral malty and slightly astringent. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and floral. An OK brew just nothing special. blankboy (2499), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 26, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy dark yellow with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, more fruit and some spices. Slightly watery flavour of wheat, yeast, citrus and spices. Light to medium bodied. A pretty good Witbier. tupalev (2267), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 25, 2006 Draught at the brewpub, Michigan Trip ’06. Nice cloudy white, frothy head. Very spicy perfume aroma - fresh. Taste is very sweet lemon (not citrus really) - more like lemon meringue - gives way to more perfume/floral taste - what an interesting original wit! I really enjoyed it. GregClow (2299), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 24, 2006 Draught sampler at the brewpub. Hazy yellow-orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild with notes of spice, wheat and a bit of tartness. Flavour is clean and fresh, with notes of lemon and yeast, but a bit bland. Needs more of something, but I’m not sure what. HogTownHarry (3141), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Jul 24, 2006 Updated: Jul 26, 2006Draught. At the brewpub with blankboy, GregClow, jerc and tupalev. Exremely murky yellow-orange, looks like pineapple juice with a small creamy white head. Quite mild aroma, banana, sweet malt, mild spice and other fruit, some light dry grain. Sweet and fruity taste, some slightly bitter/funky spice (coriander, Jer?), lemon and quite thick candyish malt - finished very quickly, no aftertaste, very refreshing, if a tad simple and sweet - just right for a first beer after a long car ride.
