COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: pasteurised. Bottled by Marston’s.
Combined Harvest is a unique combination of brewing worts, or extracts from a variety of cereals. Most premium ales are brewed only using malted barley, but this multigrained beer has a unique multigrain blend of malted barley, oats, rye and wheat. Grainy tasting with a delightful floral start and finish.

500ml bottle - Found on the shelves at Cost Plus World Market. A somewhat uninspired aroma, light caramel, light cereal notes with something close to a fresh bell pepper. Bell pepper-like flavor also shows up in the flavor, but also a good helping of caramel malts, bread with just a little black licorice. Not entirely a bad pint of beer."

Bottle from Aldi. Pours amber with a thin off-white head. The taste is grain and syrup plus a hint of aniseed. A tiny bit of citrus in the finish. Very average.

Clear golden beer with a thin bubbly head. Aroma is earthy with a slight touch of citrus. Flavour is light and lemony initially and the same earthiness of the aroma follows, coming from the malt and grains. Thereís a slightly metallic tinge to the otherwise hoppy aftertaste. Itís not as interesting a beer as you might hope from the premise but itís pretty decent all the same. I probably just about prefer this to the cask but Iíd be interested to try the cask one again because my memory of it is quite different to this/how my rating on here describes it.

Bottle received as a gift. Pours dark orange - little head - flavours - marmalade, sweetness. Quite enjoyable summery beer

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer and Beyond shop. Murky honey-brown. Fruity, oxidized and some cardboard aroma, oxidized fruity taste with some honey. Not carbonated, medium body, sweetish finish. Something went wrong along the way, thatís for sure - manufacturing? storage?

light malty and fruity aroma... the taste is mild, refreshening, grainy with shades of honey... dry fruity aftertaste...

Bottle from morrisons. Amber beer with medium head. Aroma is grain and malts. Taste is some tangerine, hop and cereal grain. Didnít like the taste much even with a touch of spice in the finish. No more.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear copper colour with thin soapy head. Aroma is hoppy, malty and there is some hay/straw. But the taste is great. Really nice and hoppy. But an interesting after taste of banana? Really liked this.

Malt heavy aroma, but the flavour lacks any real interest. Wouldnít want more than one of these.

Apparently this beer won a prestigious gold medal back in the day, but I just donít get it. First, English ESBs, Premium Bitters, Pale Ales, and IPAs are all just meh in my opinion. Iíve yet to have a good one. Always too malt heavy, hops subdued. WTF?!
