Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 27, 2002 An amber beer with very little head. It has a nice aroma of fruit and malt and the flavor is a nice rounded malt-taste with a good bitter lingering. A beer I’d like to have again. Papsoe (10434), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 27, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Only 5.2% ABV in my version. Pale amber with a handsome and rather stable head. Malty with a weak, nutty character and a dry bitterness. Rather light-bodied - perhaps even slightly watery - not that it spoils anything. This is a very pleasant and quaffable beer. Apparently brewed to celebrate the failure of an unfriendly takeover of the brewery. 071001 Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Nov 21, 2000 yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 12, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a diminishing light off-white head. Light hoppy aroma. Flavour is dry malty with a with light hops notes. Mildly ashtray like yet light fruity too. Light caramel sweetness from the malt aswell. Mixed sweet and bitter finish. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 8, 2006 Bottle.
