UPDATED: SEP 8, 2011 From a plastic barrel at Battersea Beer Festival on 10 February 2011. A new producer for me. The address given is the company registered office and may not be where the production actually takes place. Unfortunately, their blog and Facebook pages don’t provide any contact details whatsoever. Hazy amber colour. Not bone dry but plenty of tannin ensures a firm mouthfeel. Very fruity. Pretty tasty stuff. A promising introduction.

Cask stillage@GBBF2011. (as Rough Diamond Dry Cider). Hazy golden colour with no head. Aroma is apples, yeast, some sweet nectary notes as well as mild fruityness. Flavour is apples, very dry wooden notes as well as some yeast. Very mouthdrying.
