Golden without a head. Has a tasty grainy biscuit flavour, its pale ale tag on the label is more evident in its fruity nose.

Aroma: Hay, grass and faint citrus.
Appearance: Clear golden body with a thin white head that slowly fades. Very light visible carbonation. Light lacing marks.
Taste: Very clean and mild. Flavours of freshly cut grass, earth and pear.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a foamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation prickle.
Overall: Not the most flavoursome and it’s quite thin - like a cross between a Golden Ale and a Lager.

Pleasant floral aroma, lightly hopped with some citrus and grapefruit. Enjoyable session beer, could be more strongly hopped.

Like a lager with flavour. Guess that’s what golden ale is. Not my usual style - I was drawn by the ’pale’ in ’golden pale ale’. Light to drink. Quite refreshing. Very mild in taste - some citrus and hops. Not bad

Pours golden color with a small head. Aroma of fruits, herbs, some grass and mild pale malts. Flavor of fruits, hay, some herbs, caramel and faint malty notes.

Bottle from Connolly’s Wines, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy light yellow colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malty leading to a medium bitter flavour with a big malty palate which sticks around in the bitter aftertaste. It’s a pleasant ale, but a little bland and quickly became boring.

Aroma has hay, fruyity hops, some citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with hay, citrus, grapefruit and herbal notes. Yet another golden ale.
