COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Seasonal Delicacy begins with Sweet Oklahoma Sugar Pumpkins. We have them grown especially for us, in a secret Pumpkin Patch just south of town. Native Pecans, Vanilla Beans, and our Special Spice Blend give this Beer a unique character all its own. We think this is what Pumpkin Pie wants to be when it grows up.

Cloudy amber pour, big head and lace. Citrus, light pumpkin aroma. Very fizzy, tart orange citrus flavor, is followed by buttery pumpkin flavor. Light spice and cinnamon, actually pretty good, this is one of the better pumpkin brews I’ve had.

Strong spicey aroma eminating from the lacey head. Smells of ginger, clove, and alcohol. Pumpkin can also be detected, which makes sense. Has a cloudy, murky, hazy liquid appearance with a VERY frothy head that mimicks many pilsners and lagers. Heavy, superbly sweet taste!! Full bodied as I have ever seen a pumpkin ale. Texture is slick/thick with average to lively carbonation. Finish is long and pleasant, with a strong presence of alcohol in the nose. Overall, this is the best pumpkin ale I’ve ever had. It would be hard to top this one! Deserving of a full five!!!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, brettanomyces, and alcohol.

Sampled at GABF 2010. I’m telling you, these guys that run this brewery are convincing. They told me to try their pumpkin beer. I was all, " but i don’t really like pumpkin beers." But, the told me their pumpkin beer was awesome. Pours a hazy, dirty orange with off white head. Aroma of pumpkin spice, mild tartness. Flavor is strong pumpkin sweetness with mild spice. A touch of sourness in the finish. Overall, pretty solid pumpkin beer.

Crushed at GABF ’10. Pretty good for a pumpkin beer. Nice spice and pumpkin presence in the aroma and the flavor. A little bit sour in the finish, but overall this nice.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy, opaque muddy amber with a completely dissipating head. Comes as a violent gusher - emptied about 1/3 of the bottle by itself. Pumpkin spice and phenols in the nose. Medium body, sweet fruit, heavy phenols and a twist of cinnamon. No real bitternes or anything. Pretty messy. 150311

A really hazy cola color in the glass. Definite pie spice in the aroma which is followed by that same spice in the flavor. Then the vanilla kicks in followed by a bit of a medicinal alcohol flavors. The mix doesn’t quite coalesce for me.
