This unfiltered wheat beer starts with rich white wheat and our special blend of delicious American hops. From the first sip to the last, bright citrus notes and malt sweetness abound. Ultimo Hombre is our unique spin on the traditional American Wheat beer.

Yeah, needs some work. Very bready and wheat aroma. Yellow brown color and a little too cloudy. The bottle was older so the sediment was high. This was a foam bomb and took forever to pour. Flavors were grains and wheat. Hop presence was minimal. Seemed like a beginning effort. They have better beers.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orangish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of wheat with light citrus, clove and underlying light fruits. Flavor is similar with wheat and light fruit with some clove coming out in the finish.

(22oz Bomber thanks to bu11zeye) Clearish gold, thick lasting creamy offwhite bubbles. Nose of agave, caramel, herbal, dry and chalky. Taste of soda water, lacking real flavor, light caramel sweetness, Well carbonated, just not doing it for me.

Golden copper pour into thick, pillowy white head that slowly dissipates into sticky lacing that melts to a lingering pool of swirling foamy bubbles. Aroma of lemony citrus and spruce. Initial flavor of lemony citrus and grassy hops that fades into a sweet, malty finish.

Brilliant amber color/ ivory sheen. Herbal, floral, honey slathered wheat bread aromas. Medium bodied with average co2. Honey wheat bread sweet flavors with a floral, citrusy hop bitterness to finish--a bit thin but decent

[Bottle] Pours a hazy yellow color with tons of foamy white head out of a 22 ounce bottle. Dusty and grainy aroma of wheat, straw and lemongrass. The taste is of light malts, mild citrus, grassy hops and hints of alcohol. Very high carbonation level is not unlike a soft drink. Astringent, grainy finish. Overall quite dry. Light in body, but inoffensive. More of a lawnmower beer. I am not sure about their choice in selling this at $7 for a bomber though.
