Cask handpump at ’Hole in the Wall’ Waterloo, London. Mid brown bitter, hardly any head to speak of, starts off wonderful with plenty of hops and spicy flavours kicking around but after a while I found it a little too sweet and realised it was’nt quite as good as I initially thought, nonetheless it’s a good effort.

Cask conditioned at The Hole in the Wall, Waterloo, London. Orange amber beer with slight whispy head. Perfectly drinkable hoppy light session bitter with hints of grapefruit and a floral hoppy nose. Dry and bitter, an enjoyable beer.
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Ungstrup (26267) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2006
[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a fast dying head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with ginger coming thru. The flavor is sweet - too sweet in my opinion - with some estery notes, leading to a dry end.

Cask conditioned, GBBF 2005:
Buttery aroma. Malty palate. A nice, complex and refreshing brew. One of the better casks.
