BlackHaddock (4116) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2012
Brown flip-top bottle holding 50cl of beer, best before 25th Oct 2008, drank just over a month before that date (23rd September 2008). This is a Mister average lager/pilsner. Softer in all aspects to the often harsher German beers in the same style. I assume the water is softer somehow? The beer poured golden and clear with very little head from the outset. There is no true aroma to report on, the taste and mouthfeel was the regular lager blandness. This added to the softness produced a pretty boring beer to be honest.

Draft. Clear golden colour, firm white head. Littly skunk, grainy and malts. Full, refreshing flavour, easy drinkable. Good lager, easy to session with.

Bottle - 330ml. Nice golden body with heavy carbonation and a decent white foamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with grassy hints. Taste is slightly dominated by maltiness. It carries bready and honeyish notes and ends with a short bittersweet finish. Decent Lager.

On tap in Luxembourg (forgot which bar). It poured a pale yellow liquid with a creamy white head. Lightly malted with a pinch of corn. Tastes like your average industrial lager.
