Dec 06 Keg @ White Rock Hotel, Hastings. A pale sparkling cider. The initial impression is of a little fruit against a slight spirity alcohol quality. Fairly dry at first but the level of sweetness grows without much acidity to hold it in check. Being carbonated in a keg seems to have done this no favours.
