COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Winter Wheat is a refreshing Wheat Beer with a hint of Blueberries. The first sip is appealing Blueberry Aroma and finishes as a thirst-quenching Ale. The key to this Ale is balance between Wheat Malt and Blueberries. Our Battle Ground Brew Crew and you are enlisted BGB Soldiers need to be balanced in these modern day battle ground we live in. Straw yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Huge blueberry on the nose dominates. Blueberries and wheat no bitter to speak of but smooth and easy to drink. Light bodied thin and a tad watery.

Clear pale yellow, thin white head. Aroma of bread and blueberry extract. Taste is not overly sweet which is good, pretty doughy. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish. Medium texture, smooth carboantion.
