COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lexington Green East India Pale Ale (IPA)- We select a trio of American grown classics and concoct a late kettle-addition-heavy schedule of hop additions to push forward a pronounced aroma of Humulus Lupulus while respecting the beautiful malts we have selected to round out this reddish, brassy golden ale. Dry and crisp, with a clean malt delivery and a burst of hop flavor, and even more aromatics of Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops added from first wort to the last possible moment before fermentation. Go Green!

Tap. Pours a medium gold with a thin head. Aroma was piney hops. It had a thin mouthfeel with a dry finish that wasn’t too bitter. Pretty good but not remarkable.

Light floral citrus aroma. Golden yellow, moderate carbonation. Sweet citrus taste, somewhat breast, almost Belgian in its yeast profile. Mellow smooth body without losing the hop punch.

Sampled @ Mass Brewers Fest @ Julio’s Liquors and 22 oz bottle purchased @ same. Poured in a shaker pint. Pours a deep amber/orange with a one finger white head that leaves a nice amount of lace. Aroma is a mix of citrus, grass, pine resin with a malty backbone. Flavor is a semi sweet mix of citrus fruit and biscuits w/honey. Full in the mouth with a lingering bitter finish. Above average.

22oz bottle. Pours a golden amber with a pillowy white head. Nice fresh tasting brew with earthy, bready and citrusy notes. Not overly hopped but definitely an IPA and a decent one at that.

Bottle shared at Sander’s place in NYC - picked up at Ryan and Casey’s Liquors. Pours clear, deep gold with a light, foamy white head. The aroma gives away lots of dry, bready malts, pine, dry caramel. Medium sweet flavor with dirty pine, earth, grainy bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry pine finish with moderate sweetness, light dry caramel, some bread, pine. Not outstanding but so so.

Pours gold into a Sam glass. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Bready caramel and sweet citrus aromas. Soft with caramel and marshmallow upfront turning to mild citrus and resin in the medium-length finish.
