Courtesy of Philippe (Bov) Explosive bottle, uncontrolled fermentation. Hazy amber color. Bretty aroma, lightly herbal, minty. After most of the carbonation is gone, it’s quite smooth; the malt is more evident than in other beers, while the Brett is less; a bit fruity, with decent bitterness; woody final, a bit astringent. Good.
