Bottle 750ml.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, barnyard, brett. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus, pepper, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices - among them pepper, yeast, and fruits, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque amber with a lacing white head. The nose has a whiff of Brett and rosebuds. Medium body, dry and astringent fruitiness with a whiff of Brett. Very dry finish. 240610

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and mild milky acidic. Fruity, acidic, brett, yeasty. Wooden, fruity and mild phenolic. Dry fruity and phenolic finish. Lasting fruity and mild acidic finish.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks XA). Hazy copper coloured with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is farmyard, some bready, but sweet malts along with mild wood and some toffeeish notes. Flavour is wood, spices, herbs, fruityness, mild yeast as well as some quite bittery notes in the finish.

Bottle at home. Clear orange red coloured with a huge off-white head. Fruity aroma of exotic fruits, yeast, barnyard and brett with notes of leather and alcohol. Fruity flavour of yeast, spices and barnyard with notes of hops and pepper. Spicy finish. Light watery.

Hazy amber color; medium sized head, not very persistent. The aroma, Bretty, is harmonious, fruity, with very nice smell of old cellar, spices (pepper) and very light Asian grocery; powerful. Highly carbonated, with a flowery malt profile, dry; a bit fruity; the final is hard, astringent, with limited acidity. Pleasant, but chaotic.

Hazy amber with a medium beige head. Dry aroma with spices, yeast and hints of brett. Flavour had yeast, spices, brett hints of malt. Finished dry.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, December 2010. Pours cloudy copper with a creamy white head and lacings. Funk, brett, fruit, oak and barnyard. Very dry bretty and hoppy end. Smooth . . WOOO-HAH!

Hazy amber. Thin head. Slightly earthy herbal soft tart aroma. Tart-sweet character is soft and lightly spicy/yeasty. Good beer - easy drinking but not as assertively JP as I might prefer. Still, with subtlety and style it’s good to see drinking well is so effortless these days.
