| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 25, 2009 GABF 2009 - yes! - I’ve been waiting for someone to enter this into the system - this is a saison as only JP can make it - a lot of acidity and tang, partly, it seems, from the rose hips used in it, but also in part from some bugs, because there is a light but noticeable funk to it, too - dryness bites in the middle, and carries through the finish, as a light oak character develops at the end - there is a bit of slight bit of depth missing here, but this is light, refreshing, and interesting. deyholla (695), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 17, 2009 Pours and looks like a mud puddle. Light funky aroma a bit heavy on the yeasty fruits (overripe cherry, hint of raisen). A surprisingly mellow flavor I would have to say a bit bland.
