Bottle. The soft smell of bread, light fruity, some yeast. The white foamy head is medium large but not long staying, the body is clear and yellow. The taste is quite sour because of the yeast, the finish is rather bitter and dry. The body is medium strong with a creamy and lively texture, the carbonation is medium strong.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass modest turbid, small head. Starts dry, malty, a bit yeasty. More and more spicy. Finish a bit moldy, but still okay. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear yellow - white head. Hay, straw, white bread, egg, ok light malty, candlewax, light light hoppy. Thin.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light malty. Bitter, malty and light sweetness. Bitter and light grassy finish. Ends bitter and light malty.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, butter, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and a bit of minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

Süffig süßer Hopfenbeginn. Dabei spielt der Hopfen zunächst eine geringere Rolle als die dominierende Süße, im Mittelteil sind die Aromen dann aug gleichwertig. Die Süße führt zu dezenten Bananennoten, die sich ebenfalls gut integrieren. Auch später, wenn die Süße etwas weicht, ist das Bier kaum herb und kann seine Süffigkeit bestätigen. Grasig-süßer Abgang. Gelungenes Sommerbier, vielleicht auf Dauer schon zu süß.
