COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. The aroma is light sour, fruity and fresh. The white foamy head is medium large with a normal duration. The body is yellow. The taste is malty, light bitter and a little bit alcoholic. The body is medium strong, creamy and light oily with a soft carbonation.

Bitterer, hefig-herber Abgang. Gut! 7/9/11/12/8/11

500 ml bottle in Karlsruhe, Germany. Pours a clear golden color, topped with a low white head. Nice hoppy aroma of wet grass, orange and white pepper. Sweeter and malty flavour of white bread, cookies and hay. Medium bodied. Crisp and rather dry finish of grass, bread and minerals. Pretty good!

Bottle looks not so good, dont like that twist-off cap. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts strong, a bit alcoholic, very spicy. Finish a bit unbalanced, wheaty-sourish, still too spicy. Not my favourite!

When you pour directly on the light color is positive and also knows the taste of this beer to convince. This is aromatic and has hints of herbs.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet barley malt and moderate astringent aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with small head. Slightly sweet barley malt and mildly astringent flavor. Nicely balanced. Pretty good.

Botlled 50cl. Courtesy of jaghana. It pours a surprisingly pale clear yellow beer with a nicely remaining lacing white head. Hoppy grainy nose which is reminiscent of apples, almonds, toasted sunflower seeds and papaya. Good bitterness in the tatse. The alcohol is very nicely hidden. Honeyish. Low carbonation. Great balance. Lovely pale malt profile. Dryish finish where herbs, lemon peel and almonds are present. A delicious and flawless example of the style. Underrated in my opinion. Thanks a lot jaghana!

Bottle 50cl. A clear yellow beer with a good head that remains properly. Smell is grassy. Aroma is very hopy, grassy and with long hops bitterness and peppery. Alcohol is present, very long aftertaste, anyway sweet and grassy, a bit medicinal.

bottle, bought somewhere in the Kinzigtal. Clear golden colour, small white head. Malty nose with a touch of vegetables. Malty, grainy with hints of honey and vanilla, as well as shy hints of boiled vegetables.
