Bottle 500ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry, grassy, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Herber, angenehm hopfiger Beginn. Im Verlauf süßlich, leicht grasig, stimmig. Deutlich würziger wird das Bier zum Ende hin, vollmundige Herbe, zu der die Grasnoten exzellent passen. Nicht schlecht! 9/11/11/11/9/11

Bottle, 5.2%. Good dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely dusty, good full mouthfeel. Low bitterness, but again, nice chalk flavour.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish flavoured. Sweet, grassy, cornish and light toasted malty flavoured. Ends dry and light bitter.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma has some fruityness and pale malts, but it’s all very weak. The flavor follows the same path, it’s weak, with pale malts and fruityness. Some bitterness showing up towards the end. Medium body, dry and nicely carbonated. Bitter and lightly fruity finish. Boring and uninteresting, but sure drinkable. 120218

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of hay and nothing else - very light. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 180212

Bottle. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt and a little grainy. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, hops, grass and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, hops and notes of soap.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Sulphur, dishwasher and grain. A bit rough. Medium to thin body.
