Bauman’s Hop Farm Rye IPA | |||||||||||||
RATINGS: 0 SEASONAL: Autumn IBU: 45 EST. CALORIES: 198 ABV: 6.6%
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Upstream Brewing Company’s Bauman’s Hop Farm Rye IPA is the first commercially brewed beer hopped with 100% Nebraska professionally grown hops. Bauman’s Hop Farm Rye IPA has a distinctive, refreshing flavor; rye’s main contribution as an ingredient is its enhancement of the overall complexity of the beer’s flavor. The crisp, slightly spicy rye flavor does emerge somewhat distinctly (usually at the finish), and makes this beer a well balanced copper in color rye IPA with a refreshing fresh citrusy bitterness & flavor that holds a very nice fresh hop aroma due to the Bauman & Rhynalds family’s professionally grown & processed Cascade & Glacier hops that the Upstream Brewing Staff helped pick then used throughout the entire brewing process and in the serving tank as a dry hop. We hope you will enjoy this special Nebraska made beer. Drink Up! OG 1.062, ABV 6.6, IBU 45
