(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Slightly sugary cara-malty aroma with notes of anise, honey and a tinge of spicy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and caramely taste with present spicy herbal notes; sweet-bitter malt-accented finish with a delicately herbal hoppy bite. Sweet but finally rounded Bock. 14.VIII.11

Bottle@Home. Toffee aroma with red berries and a hint of smoke. Brown, yellow head, good lace. Roasted, butterscotch, tofee, soft bitterness, malty. Bit watery, sparkling.

Spezieller karamellmalziger Antrunk mit einer Herbnuance, die im Mittelteil steigt. Dann würziger, gelungene Hopfenintegration, das Malz wird dunkler, der Übergang ist fließend. Dann erscheint das Bier laffer, es mangelt an Spritzigkeit. Neter Bock mit Verbesserungspotential. 6/9/8/8/10/8

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub. Hazy amber -brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Lots of caramel here, shy hints of burnt malt, roasetd malt. Slightly hoppy.

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, small foamy layer, moderate to distinctive fruity-caramelly nose with a tinge of "peppermint-like" hops; sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, relatively soft; nutty traces in the mild caramelly-bitter finish. Not earth-shaking, but quite O.K. ......

(bottle) pours a clear dark amber colour with a quickly diminishing off-white head. aroma of herbal hops, pale malts and honey, with light touches of bubble gum. flavour is sweet pale malts and honey, with a slightly woody light bitter finish. medium to heavy body with lively carbonation. too sweet.

Bottled: Sweet malty aroma, caramel, sugar and black tea. Orange to bronze color, low head. Flavor is quite sweet and malty, medium bodied, sugar and metalic bitterhops. Too sweet in my opinion.

Deep orange colour with a small thin off white head. Malty, alcohol sweet aroma with a light fruity note. Malty, fruity flavor with a light caramel note and an alcohol sweet finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear amber with a white head. Aroma of roasted malt and alcohol. Full-bodied but somewhat impure malt profile. Some sweetness from the roasted malt and perhaps a hint of raisins. But as said, somewhat impure. Discreet hoppiness in the finish. 110606

A pale orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel besides notes of toffee. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a slight hint of metal from the alcohol.
