Pours a dark copper colour with a very small head. Aroma of dark bread, nuts and some caramel. Flavour of toasted malts, dark bread, chocolate, mild sourish berries, caramel and grassy hops. Very smooth and round mouthfeel with a malty, caramel, light bitter finish. Wow, this is actually quite complex. Like.

Nice sweet dunkel, with a bit of a bite at the finish. Points dedcuted for a so-so appearance, looks flat, little head. All else on this one is nice.

330 ml bottle from Wasanas in Germany. Pours a clear medium amber color with a frothy, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is rosted malt and coco. Taste is very nice mellow roasted nut and malt taste. Palate is smooth and not too watery as is often the case with this beer style. Really nice.

It’s hazy caramel-copper with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel, roasted malt and nuts. The flavor has a moderate sweetness and pleasant notes of caramel, roasted malt and nuts, and the finish is slightly dry.
