COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Small yellowish beige head doesn’t last. Clear brown body. Papery caramelly aroma with earthy notes. Dry-sweet earthy caramelly dusty taste with grainy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry bready roasty caramelly aftertaste with earthy notes. Nice! Has character. (0.33l bottle shared by KnutAlbert.)

Pours out of the bottle in a deep, unclear dark brown colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of malt and nuts. Taste of malt, caramel, woods, berries, nuts and straw. Finish of bread and earth. Nice to drink yet nothing special.

Bottle: slightly hazy, amber coloured, mid-sized - quite stable - off-white head with a little lace, caramelly-fruity nose with a mineralic touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied for a beer of 5.5%; caramelly-fruity finish, followed by impressions of milk-chocolate in the aftertaste. O.K., not earth-shaking.....
