Blindtasting at Fonefan 12.06.2010, thanks Jan and Charlotte! It’s slightly hazy copper med a creamy head and a mild aroma of malt, candy sugar, spicy yeast and light citrus. The flavour is moderately sweet and dry with a slightly spicy sweetness, pepper-bite and malt. It could have had more body and been fuller.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2009 Draught at BQ, Milan
Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Very nice aroma of English hops and aged cheese crust; a Belgian yeast touch too. Good body structure, with malt and caramel flavor, a persistent cheese feeling, strong bitterness; later, some hop resins and nuts; very light liquorice at the end. Original and excellent.
