Hazy blond color. Good body, and smooth mouthfeel for this Saison hybrid, nice spice profile, pleasant wheat, and light herbal character. Reasonable experiment.

Hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, sage and lemon peel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, spicy - salvie. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091108]
