2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Medium vast sticky but still pretty quick changing head. Ends in a lacing on top of a clear amber red colored beer.
Smell sweet grains, stingy grains, a hint of sweet (red) fruit, wheat, syrup, bleached grains, corn, caramel, barley malts, toasted malts, some slight hints of hops and something light soapy ish.
Taste is very strange, this beer wants to give you the impression itís sharp and stingy, it is, but itís mellowed down a bit by the fruity/malty character. There are sharp stingy grains, there is some red fruit and malts, some bitterness, hay, dryness, light spicy, grass, barleys.
Aftertaste is light dry with a dominating grass tone. Also slight hints of sharp ish hay, some dried old red fruit and malts.
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture.
Better than I expected still not that good and far far far from complex, pretty dull actually.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can [500ml]. If the alcohol is 7.9%, why is this called "8.6"? Anyway. Well it looks pretty good, Iíll give it that: Pours a deep ruby-red with an average size long-lasting frothy tan head and some lacing on the glass. Very mild aroma of alcohol, sugar, caramel malt and grain. Sweet flavour of sugar, sweet caramel malt, grain and alcohol -- if I drank the whole thing, and I wonít, it would get cloying fast. Average bodied. Iíve had worse but itís still way too sweet and boozy.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Clear deep copper, frothy off white head fades. Boozy caramel malt aroma. Fruity boozy caramel malt taste, reminds me of cherry cough syrup. A malty liquor-ishness emrges as it warms. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, low hopped.Sticky sweet finish. Not recommended. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml can pours a pale amber color with a big creamy white head that retains well and leaves a thin spotty lacing behind. Aroma is light caramel and grass with hints of alcohol. Taste is malty sweet with some caramel and grassy hop bitterness and an alcohol burn. Typical for the style and definitely not recommended.
