Sep 29, 2008 Canette de 500 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur rubis avec une mousse blanche modeste qui reste. Au nez on découvre des arômes de bananes, d’alcool, de caramel brulé et de métal. En bouche le corps est moyen avec une texture sirupeuse et une effervescence moyenne-élevée. On goûte des saveurs de sucre ajouté, de banane, d’alcool et de sirop de caramel. La finale est sucrée avec des notes d’alcool.

<b>Appearance: </b>Pours deep red amber, perfectly clear, moderately carbonated and rather gently saturated body, head is slightly off - white, shiny and metalic, bright beige with foamy to frothy head, initially medium, very firm, quite slowly decreasing to small but with long lasting and firm crown, slightly lasting on the glass surface.<br />
<b>Aroma: </b>Gentle touch of roasted barley grains and yeast with notes of very light wheat and caramel but all of this hiding behind a moderate to hard alcoholic aroma.<br />
<b>Flavour: </b>Front is syrupy sweet with considerably high alcoholic touch than comes again sweetness on the tip of the tongue and alcoholic dryness developing into the gentle warmth on palate, nice grainy aspect.<br />
<b>Palate: </b>Body is medium, texture is syrupy sweethish with some alcoholic dryness, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is kind of mineral, grainy, barley malt accent with pronounced alcoholic dryness and gently roasted or toasted malt spiced with caramel.<br />

Aug 20, 2008 Aluminium bottle, 7.9%. Sugary aroma, brown sugar. Clear dark chestnut colour, small light brown head. The flavour is very sweet, partially balanced by alcohol. Quite malty, but also very sugary.

Em termos de aparência, apresenta espuma esbranquiçada de aparência inicial irregular, com boa formação de colarinho e baixa longevidade com textura de refrigerante. O corpo é claro e de coloração cobre escuro.
O sabor inicial é levemente doce, enquanto o final, de duração média, é levemente amargo. Gosto de chá mate, com final herbal doce, alcoólico, notas de cherry coke e forte presença artificial de cereja. A doçura não disfarça o álcool; lembra textura e sabor de brandy.No paladar, um corpo médio-leve de textura xaroposa, carbonatação borbulhante e final com sensação levemente alcoólica.
