2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours with a clear golden orange hue with a mostly diminshing white head. A lot of grain in the aroma mixed with some yeast, and alcohol.
Initial flavor is very sweet! - sweeter than i taste in some desserts and the beer goes down with a bitter-alcohol like after taste that lingers in the mouth for a very long time.
Oily mouthefeel and hard to drink because it is so sweet!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Thanks to emily who sourced this bottle from a foodstore somewhere in the vicinity of Gare du Nord, Paris. Copper gold with a white head. Sweet malty aroma. Oily mouthfeel and sweet sugary taste with plenty of alcohol. I quite liked this until the onset of the rather artificial plastic bitterness.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle @ home. Golden orange, white head. Smell of grain and alcohol sweetness, some skunkiness. Taste is sweet, cardboard, skunky, typical malt liquor. Just a stronger and worse version of a pilsener.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle, served chilled. I first tried this in Paris around New Years, and was silly enough to buy it when I was back here in Australia when I saw it in a local bottle ’o. Dirty golden body with diminishing white head. Minimal aroma, slightly soapy, sweet like sugar syrup, ricey malt and fusel alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, sticky texture, moderate carbonation, alcohol manifests itself very early on. Cringeworthy sweetness on the body, sugary pear syrup, hot alcohol, and not the slightest hint of hops. Finish is warming and skunky. I found this really hard to drink, alcohol is not disguised very well at all.

Canned. A dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma is malty and grassy. Taste is very alcoholic. Alcohol hides all the rest. I don’t thin I’d try this again
