Mala. Buen color pero nada más. Sabor alcohólico artificial. Una más del montón. Para no repetir.

Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malts, brown sugar, very little else. Medium sweetness and very noticeable alcohol presence. Not a fan of these strong lagers, they lack finesse. However, I’ve had worse beers in this style.

Can. Clear golden with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma of malt, graininess, alcohol, and a bit of honey. Sweet flavor, a bit honey-ish, grainy and alcoholic with a slightly drier and more alcoholic finish. Rather light-bodied, a bit sticky, with an alcoholic feel.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
In the Netherlands you cannot get a bottle of this. As a label collector I was pleased to find it in France to add to my Dutch collection. But it only comes it giant 750ml bottles which I couldn’t finish. It’s meant to get you drunk. And it does the job better than most imperial lagers as it doesn’t burn and hurt to drink it. Golden orange with a thick, frothy, lacy and lasting white head. Smells of malt, pale malt, alcohol and slight chemical but overall malty and sweet. Medium to light oily body with soft carbonation. Tastes sort of like a golden ale but with more alcohol bitterness than hop bitterness. Sweet malt, with bread and grain with a touch of hard alcohol. Drinkable and rather not drain cleaner at all. It could be far worse but unlike other mass produced super lagers, this isn’t half bad.
