COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The naturally cloudy yeast wheat beer with original fermentation in the bottle. It is soft and fragrant at first sip, lively in the mouth and extremely wholesome because of the yeast it contains (with vitamins B2 and B4).

Floury and stale aroma with hints of bubblegum. Flavour is weird and somewhat stale with herbs, some nettles and bubblegum. Feels watery. A bit too much CO2 on palate. Not good.

A good middle of the road Weizen - not much of a fruity hint - more grainy. A good choice for those who don’t like fruity Weizens.

Bottled 500ml as "Bavaria Weizenbier Hefe-Hell" (PBF, BB 03/2012)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Banana estery aroma, light lemony note. Light to medium bodied. Some banana and lemon, grainy maltyness, a bit papery but citrusy finish. Standard, not so exciting hefeweizen.

Draught at Ginnheimer Wirtshaus, Frankfurt am Main
Muddy deep blond color; creamy head. Strong spicy aroma, cloves and some coriander. Smooth mouthfeel with a good body structure; moderate residual sweetness, wheat flavor, clear spicy character and very light fruitiness. An orthodox example, good.
