Sixer from the local Aldi store, a pretty simple quencher for what it’s worth. I did pry this from an unopened box in an attempt to avoid any chance of green bottle skunk syndrome. A very faint grassy aroma was produced when poured into my glass. Pale gold in color with a fluffy white head and nice lacing. Delicate and extremely light mouth feel. Crisp, easy, and a touch watery. Bland, grassy flavor. Pale malts and a touch of hops. Fairly basic lager, not too bad.

Big yucko on this one. Pours a clear yellow colour with an incredibly skunked aroma. Grainy taste, very malty mouthfeel and stale hop finish. it was bloody awful.

12 oz bottle, drink by 9/08. Nice looking lager. Soft slow carbonation in a golden clear brew. The aroma has crispness to it but it is straight pale lager. Nothing particularly off but it’s just a grainy pale lager. Light body, ok carbonation. Drinkable….but why??

The aroma is grains, grass, and rubber malt. The appearance is pale gold with a smallish head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall this is just another mass produced second rate lager.

Once you get past the skunk, there’s not much else underneath, some hops and very, very light malt.
