Das Bier schmeckt süß, gleichzeitig ist es würzig und malzig, wobei diese 3 Komponenten gut aufeinander abgestimmt sind. Der Abgang ist leicht herb. Danke an den Doppelbock, der das Bier mitgebracht und mit mir getestet hat. Test vom 22.4.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,9,10,13,6,10 - 9,80

While waiting for rijstaffel at Indrapura, Amsterdam. Dark brown with a creamy, light brown head leaving good lacing. Aroma and taste like diluted caramel sauce. Light body. Watery.

Bottle: Brown head, disappears quick. Deep brown colored beer with a ruby red tint. Smell (toasted) malts, light spicy, hints of oatmeal and dark fruits. Taste is a watery mix of dark fruits, raisin, light sweet, toasted malts, barleys, brown sugars and a hint of molasses. Low body, low to medium carbo and a soft mouthfeel. Watery texture.
