Cole (266), , Alberta, Canada Jul 20, 2009 Pours Clear yellow tall white head no retention. Aroma of malt and slightly bitter. Fresh and smooth. Typical Euro lager. Not bad. MrRoss (614), Delta, British Columbia, Canada Jul 16, 2009 An easy-drinking, refreshing beer and cheaper than Grolsch or Heineken, too! Appearance is a bright medium gold with a foamy white head of modest size. Aroma is scarce, perhaps a bit floral. Taste is clean and not as bitter as the aforementioned "other" Dutch beers. Aftertaste is (briefly) a bit sweet - thought I had a wheatbeer going here for a moment but then the hops kick in. Not bad. markas101 (541), Fargo, North Dakota, USA Jul 15, 2009 50 cl can, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Pale gold colour, creamy head. Skunky aroma with some coriander. Sweet flavor, spicy finish with some pepper, long and mixed sweet/spicy. zdk (188), New York, USA Jul 12, 2009 on tap at a bar in Amsterdam. light body and light carbonation with thick head. I tried this beer on June 29, 2009 after purchasing fropm one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent pale gold colour with a foamy, bubbly white head, and a ton of effervescent. The aroma was grassy malt, some off aromas, and hops. The mouthfeel was highly carbonated and light-bodied. The flavour was grainy malt with a bitter finish, and some peppery notes.
