Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 3, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Golden beer with a small head. Slightly sticky, sweetish edge. Not unpleasant, just completely bland and plain. 020900 darkerdabetter (255), Michigan, USA Aug 3, 2005 Not bad, kind of like a weak Heineken or Becks, but not as good as either of those. It’s not bad, but just doesn’t have enough flavor or substance to be more than ok. SuIIy (1406), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA Jul 22, 2005 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a fluffy white head that dissipates to a think white film. Lots of small bubbles shoot towards the head of the beer. Nose is light malts with some straw and hay characteristics. Flavor is fuller then imagined and contains some light malt, syrupy qualities, straw and corn like matter. masedawg (156), Statesville, North Carolina, USA Jul 21, 2005 Clear yellow beer with a pretty poor head. Aroma is alright but not overwhelming. Tastes slightly spicy, nothing to knock your socks off. Palate is nearly non existant. Decent beer and a cheap alternative to heiniken. Nothing special here. HermanW (618), Coevorden, Netherlands Jul 17, 2005 On a sunday morning installing some software of my neighbours Cees and Gonnie de Baat I had a Bavaria. It is not the best but it goes. donrajin (233), Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, USA Jul 14, 2005 To me this is pretty much a cheeper worst tasting Heineken. I’m not a big pilsner person anyway. This just makes it worse. Lunkie (1020), Glen Iris, Australia Jul 5, 2005 Sweet hoppy aroma. Crystal clear yellow colour with poor head retention. Bitter hoppy flavour. Fizzy palate. SSSteve (2049), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jun 27, 2005 Updated: Jun 28, 2005yellow lager with thin fizzy head. grassy yeast aroma. nothing special. tastes the same as every import premium lager. green bottle and all.
