Can. Thin greyish head with big bubbles. Yellow golden body. Aroma of dry, slight skunky hops with some vague scents of malt. Weak sourish taste. Short neutral finish. Average minus.

(660 ml bottle). Standard golden colour lager. Initial good thick head that doesn't last very long. Standard lager aroma and flavour, reminds me of Amstel. Not very exciting.

Bottle with MaltDawg on 08/16/2008 or sometime shortly afterward since these ratings were lost for a half a year. I only wrote down Bavaria - Holland in my notes, so hopefully this is the correct beer. Clear golden body with a medium frothy white head. Sweet corn, pilsener and honey malt aroma with some skunk. Honey malt and corn flavor. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2003 This beer smells like Naty, which is not good. However, it tastes much better, with no aftertaste at all. I only bought it cuz it was cheap, and if my goal was to get drunk with drinking games, I'd drink it again.

Even though a lot of people here want to say it has no backbone I detected hops taste to mine. The problem was that it seems somewhat astringent. It does have an unusual sort of a skunky smell and I am not sure if it is truly skunky or what. The only interesting thing about this beer is the hint of citrus in the aftertaste. I guess you could say this one has more in common with Mexican beer than it does with most European beer.

Pours straw yellow in the glass. Nose and taste of slight hops and malts. Rated 1/3/2000

Bottle in Vodice, Croatia. Enjoyed this slight lager on beach. Can’t say it was too filling, bit of a malty flavour and bubbely. How come Bavaria is a Dutch beer? No idea.

Pailhead (3326) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - DEC 14, 2004
Bottle: Skunky malt aroma. Pours a pale yellow without much of a head. Sweet up front. Finishes lightly sweet, lightly bitter, and lightly skunked. Just a light flavored beer all the way around.
