A traditional dutch brew. Nothing special however nice and smooth. Kind of feels like a macro brew of Holland as it is cheap however has a nice taste. I recommend, but if you can choose something else do so.

Another medicinal skunk lager, yay. I thought brewers were using beta hop oils to get around that now. A little malt under there. Clear with some lacing. Very watery and low in flavor but has some delicate floral notes intermingled with industrial lager harshness. Wouldn’t be a bad keg party beer.

12oz bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a decent white head that leaves some sticky lacing. Aroma is pale malt with a strong sour grassy quality. Taste is pale bready malt. Light earthy hops with a slight metallic quality. Palate is light bodied, a little on the thin side.

Bottle. Malt aroma with a fruity note. Golden yellow colour with white head. Slightly sweet malt and fruit flavour with a nice hops aftertaste.

Can from the LCBO: Poured a deep gold clear lager with a rocky 2 finger cap with fair retention and lacing... Aroma is fairly well pronounced grainy/bready malts with light floral hopping somewhat like clover ( no dutch skunk here like Heineken)... ..fair malt spine. soft mineral mouth feel, smooth rounded malty character.... Fairly 2 dimensional Dutch lager with a good dose of carapils malts up front then a light herbal-lemony effect from attenuated nobel hopping, clean finish, slight drying from a light use of wheat... biscuit after taste ....like a malty, soft pilsner....this is what Grolsch would taste like if they pumped up their malts and were medium bodied. A decent Euro all malt golden lager from a lagge dutch brewer who do their own malting....clean malty taste, minimal sweetnes, subdued lemmony hopping, soft mouth feel...no surprizes or over complexity....very drinkable....I’ll buy more if there is no JR Brickman around.

Pale gold under very small white head. Aroma is nothing significant. Light body with mild bitter sweet balanced palate. Short carbonated burst at start. Soft to weak bitter middle and finish.

Pours very pale gold with a 2 finger fluffy white head that has good retention. Aroma is grass, sweet malt, toasted grain, wet limestone, raw grain, some grass and a little bready lager yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, grassy hops, woody notes, half baked white bread, some toast and a nice mildly bitter finish. Not bad for the style, pretty ho-hum, try it if you love Heineken I guess. Palate is thin, dry and nicely carbonated.
