Sweet, watery, basic. Quite an easy drinking, yet enjoyable lager. No real complaints.

330 ml bottle. Medium carbonation, no head. Light beer. All right for a one time but not my favorite.

Golden colour, clean appereance, good bubbly head, even if not really persistent. The flavour is quite malty and very watery. Not enough hoppy to be considered a decent pilsener.

500ml bottle from Aldi. Pale yellow with foamy head. Nothing much in way of aroma. Taste is mostly malt with slight hoppy finish. Overall pretty nondescript but at 99p a bottle I didnt expect much more.

Bottle from The Ship Heworth. Really bland bog standard lager. Little to redeem other than being refreshing

OldRaspy (292) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2006
Poured from a 12oz bottle yellow with a fluffy white head that left minimal lacing. Aroma was grassy hops and corn. Flavor was hoppy with a touch of sweet malt and a bit of bitterness in the finish. It was a crisp and refreshing brew, best is ice cold on a hot summer day. They just seam to disappear.

Decent but nothing outstanding; fairly standard Dutch pilsner. Head dissipates rapidly, although remains crisp and clean.

Appearance: 1" white head recedes quickly. Light lacing. Straw color and clear. Significant carbonation streaming. Aroma: a mild aroma -- pick up some grassy smell and some faint barley malt. Mouthfeel: light and watery, finish is crisp dry and refreshing. Flavor: not complex but pleasant. Flavor has less bite than some other Euro lagers such as Heineken or Grolsch. There is a slight lemon citrus hop bite in the finish but it is very mild. Overall the flavor is light and drinkable with sweet malts and a bit of biscuit flavor along with the grassy element detected in the nose. Overall: a good if not unusual beer.
