Golden color, small white head, lace. Strong aroma of anise and herbs. Sweetish malty, a bit papery flavor, which is dominated by anise. Also herbal hints - propably from coriander. Quite unique, but not really enjoyable as a bock.

Taste is soft, fruity, some anis, a bit sweet with a balancing soft bitterness. Slightly metallic. Flavor is fruit and spices and some bitterness. Metallic aftertaste. NoiZe (746), Zeist, Netherlands Jun 8, 2008 Amber/orange colored brew. Spicy and yeasty aroma. Spicy flavor, some herbs. Pours clear amber with lots of bubbles. A big, frothy white head on top. Aroma is yeasty, lots of herbal notes and light hoppiness. High and lively carbonation. Sweet flavour, fine fruitiness, okay hops and good dryness. Very fresh and lightly spiced.
