(bottle) Hazy copper colour with a big frothy and diminishing off-white head. Dusty clove spicy and yeasty aroma, no fruity esters. Dry bittersweet flavour, light to medium body. Only light sweet, toast-malty taste with caramel and a dry, moderate bitter finish with notes of liquorice. Unconventional Dunkelweizen but not very convincing.

Bottled. Hazy brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is wheat, mild toast, yeast as well as some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, quite spicy along with some fruityness as well as some toasted notes.

Muddy chestnut color; creamy head. Mild aroma, of wheat, caramel, dust, banana, spices, bread. Smooth mouthfeel, with light wheat flavor, caramel, mild spices, very light fruitiness and very low bitterness. Simple.

Ordentlicher Antrunk, leicht malzig, frisch und mit einem sehr eigenen, dunkelwürzigen Aroma. Fruchtig-frisch mit diesem ominnösen Aroma ist das Bier im Mittelteil, leicht, bestimmt im Sommer gut trinkbar. Im Nachgeschmack kurz malziger und würziger, dann beginnt eine schnelle stetige Abnahme. Etwas eigen.

Wackeliges dunkles HW mit wenig stimmigen Geschmacksbild. Überladen und unausgewogen.
