Pwn3d (617), NYC, New York, USA Jun 23, 2008 Sampled at Bullrun Inn, Lewisburg PA. I dont really remember much about it. Poured a solid brown and some hops? This review is worthless, sorry.
Miver (425), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 18, 2008 Draft at brewery and growler to go. Poured deep amber in color with a medium sized beige head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, toffee, grain and piney hops. Tastes of caramel malt, toast, mild citrus and piney hops. Nice body. acrdz (4361), Boulder, Colorado, USA Aug 3, 2008 Draft at the brewery. Mostly clear medium-dark amber brown color with a tan head. Fairly hoppy nose for an amber ale, with a snappy pine and dry citrus hop note throughout, set beneath a fresh bread and toast and lightly sweet red wheat malt aroma. Flavor is very fresh bread and crushed grains, with vibrant but dry hop bitterness and a full, satisfying body. kmweaver (2118), Takoma Park, Maryland, USA Jul 27, 2008 Draft @ Bavarian Barbarian. Pours a deep, bright amber color; off-white head with creamy, fine-bubbled lacing. Nice amounts of red fruit, tea-like malts, and very light bitterness in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel: chewy red fruits, dried fruits, and toasty malts; lively carbonation; nicely dry, with no stickiness; very drinkable stuff. Medium finish: red fruits, candy sugar, and nicely dry overall. Reasonable, solidly dry amber. sleepylopes (281), New York, USA Jun 20, 2008 want a session beer, this is it. discribed as a "bridge from yuengling". this is a good sign because bridge beers tend to be from something like bud. think upscale yuengling. well ballanced and delicious. best of luck to them, cant wait to see it in cans.
