Commercial Description:
Square Feet Wheat has a refreshing slight wheat and malt sweetness that is supported by a distinct hop presence. On hot Summer days, Square Feet Wheat will cool you off. Bring it along to pool parties, picnics and backyard cookouts.

Draft at the Brewery. Poured cloudy gold in color with a long lasting white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, yeast, fruity esters. Tastes of wheat bread, yeast, mild fruitiness, and somewhat earthy. Hop presence in the finish. Nice body, and mouth feel.

Draft at the brewery. Pours lightly hazed gold with a white head. Nose is mostly wet wheat germ and very light yeast phenols, some greeness too, not exactly a stellar flavor or nose, but the small amount of tartness is quite nice. Finish is mostly wet, lightly tart, with a faint milk/yeast and wet bread note in the aftertaste.

Draft @ Bavarian Barbarian. Pours a hazy golden color; creamy white head with good retention and lacing. Soft, wheaty, grainy aroma; some cereal and sugar; soft edges, and nicely toasty. Medium mouthfeel: toasty wheat, cereal, and sweet maltiness, though just a touch; very pleasant, crisp, dry mouthfeel; light citrus / mineral bittering presence. Quite enjoyable, and my favorite of their four current offerings. Medium finish: crisp wheat and toasty cereal; nicely dry.
