2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
250 ml bottle. A196. BB 15/01/15. From belgianbeerfactory.com.
Hazy light brown colour with a medium-sized foamy white head.
Malt, mild bitterness, metal notes and spices in the aroma. Not very fresh. The flavour is wheat, yeasty bitterness, spices and some hops. Dark and musty. Not my kind of Witbier.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
250 ml bottle, pours cloudy orange with a lot of suspended yeast. This is just after the BBE date so not sure if it’s an issue with this bottle, but it is a bit offputting The aroma is light caramel malt, with lots of orange peel and a bit of spice. The body is quite thick. The finish is a bit bland, a bit sweet and no bitterness. Carbonation soft. OK

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Standard Belgian witbier. It’s not bad, but there are many beers in this style that are way better.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
250ml Bottle It pours quite a cloudy orange body with a white head than vanishes quickly leaving a medium lacing. Its aroma is sweet but with hints of orange and caramel. It tastes is unfortunately sweet with hints of orange and coriander. it finish is bitter and slightly tart. Not so sure I’d buy this one again - nothing stands out other than the sweetness.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
25 cl. bottle @ Gollem. BBF 14/03/2013. So sadly quite a bit past BBF. Pours a very hazy orange with a creamy white head. Smells very sweet of candy sugar, overripe oranges and quite a bit of lemonade, older thick sugary wheat. Taste is same, thick with lots of candy sugar, overripe oranges, thick old wheat, touch dusty, definite lemonade-like characteristic, quite sweet, touch odd astringent finish. Not picking up coriander in here. Body is thicker wheat and yeah. Eh, not the best but can be given the benefit of the doubt given the age.
