Very nice wit, especially for 7%abv! great fruity and spicy nose. the taste is very citrussy and fruity. it is a little acidic but only enough to dry it out and keep from getting too fruity. where can I find more?

I tasted the WITTE EZEL which is only different for the fact that it is 6.5% instead of 7. "#37439" was printed on both bottles that were rated. Spicy and fruity nose from a big frothy headed wheat beer. Bitterness through the whole mouthfull! Some sweet fruity taste lingers. Very refreshing.

The pour is a nice ’Chill Hazed’ golden orange, the lace in clinging sheets. Nose is earthy, citrus, light hints of corriander. Front is malt, ther top light, the finish is highly acidic, quite4 dry, somewhat grapefruit sour, the hops are present, but not overly so. Ranks #590 on my current 1000 beer master list.

Orange aroma. Sweet, malty, orange and honey flavor. More than moderate full. Moderate long finish, little bitterness.

Normally I’m not really a huge fan of white beer, but I was suprised by this one. Bitter, also something sweet (honey?).

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2007 from belgianshop.com - very cloudy dark orange colour, little elusive foam; aroma of pineapple, perfumy with some spicy notes; sweet, tart and acidic, medium-bodied and a bit oily on the tongue; the finish is quite dry, acidic and peppery - sharp and full of character
